I want to show you how omnipresence as a marketing strategy can make you profitable and present with work-life harmony, creating peace and happiness.

This announcement has been a vision of mine for way too long. It is a gift to you, the real estate agent who feels unheard and unhelped. Maybe you are tired of always going and never truly being present, but I firmly believe in the usefulness of U-turns, and that is how we have gotten to this place today.

Realizing when you have gone too far in the wrong direction and having the courage to turn around is a true characteristic of someone on the path of self-awareness.

I have been writing a lot lately in multiple places, but today, I wrote for the first time under the new publication, This is How We Real Estate, on Substack.com. The time has come for me to be the voice for real estate agents in one place.

(Spoiler: I am inviting other voices to participate in this publication. Link: https://thisishowwerealestate.substack.com/p/showing-the-way-for-real-estate-agents.)

I purchased the domain thisishowwerealestate.com on October 31st, 2020, at 11:28 AM, just seven months after our son tragically passed away in a car accident. Twenty-twenty was supposed to be “my year.” I started my brokerage in 2019 and was finally doing real estate “my way.”

In 2020, I signed up and attended the Inman conference in New York, and even spoke to Brad Inman. He asked me, “What can I do for you?” I told him I wanted a voice, and I also wanted to add that I “wanted a seat at the table.” That was January 31st, 2020. I was naive, thinking someone else could do something for me, especially someone of that caliber, but it was still really cool to meet someone who changed the landscape of real estate with his writing.

As you know, the world shut down on March 24th, 2020, and with our son passing away a few short days later, our world was turned upside down. God protected us, though, with the task of trying to plan a military funeral that would have to wait until May, and with the intensity of our business picking up.

We threw ourselves into our work. But how and why did we get so busy?

Because I started making intentional content on a platform that had intentional eyes.

What truly propelled me to where I am today? The answer doesn’t lie in any single platform or tool alone. Instead, the holistic mindset, philosophical principles, and systematic approach in the omnipresence marketing strategy paved my path to success.

What is “omnipresence”?

omnipresence (n.)
Pronunciation: äm-nə-ˈpre-zən(t)s

  1. The state or quality of being present everywhere or appearing so through a comprehensive and intentional approach. Synonyms: ubiquity, universality, pervasiveness
  2. (Business/Marketing) A holistic strategy that combines personal well-being, realistic goal-setting, systematic processes, and a proven online marketing methodology to establish a ubiquitous brand presence and reach one’s target audience effectively across multiple channels and platforms. Synonyms: comprehensiveness, all-encompassing approach, holistic strategy

To me, omnipresence embodies having:

  1. Wholeness with purpose — Living with a healthy body and mind and nurturing longevity through proper food, water, sleep, and community nourishment. It also requires emotional intelligence, including humility and self-awareness. Above all, it means having a defined purpose to guide your plans.
  2. Realistic business goals — Setting achievable objectives aligned with your skills, resources, and market conditions.
  3. Systems and tools — Implementing structured processes, strategies, and technologies to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  4. Proven online marketing strategy — Leveraging tested digital marketing methodologies to establish an omnipresent brand visibility. This is the core of what I teach: the omnipresence marketing strategy.

By integrating these four elements, you can cultivate an omnipresent mindset and approach that allows you to be genuinely present, focused, and impactful in your personal and professional endeavors.

Understand that omnipresence is not about being everywhere at once through sheer volume. It’s about intentionally cultivating a comprehensive presence permeating every facet of your personal and professional endeavors. This requires a foundational wholeness — nurturing your physical, mental, and emotional well-being while staying anchored to your defined purpose. From this grounded state, you can set realistic business objectives that are aligned with your skills and market landscape.

With wholeness and clear goals as your guide, the omnipresence methodology provides the systems, processes, and proven digital marketing frameworks to establish ubiquitous brand visibility. By leveraging these cohesive elements, you create a potent synergy that transcends any single platform’s limitations. This synergistic approach allowed me to manifest the success I’ve achieved thus far. And it’s the core philosophy I aim to impart through my teachings on the omnipresence marketing strategy.

Cultivating the omnipresent mindset goes beyond just the four external elements I outlined. It requires embodying certain core internal beliefs and principles that foster self-efficacy — the fundamental belief in one’s ability to succeed. These intrinsic values serve as the foundation for sustainable growth and fulfillment:

  1. Positivity—Embodying faith, optimism, and an attitude of gratitude creates a powerful driving force for persevering through challenges. Positivity becomes a renewable wellspring of motivation. It is the foundation of everything you do.
  2. Openness to Leveraging Technology — Maintaining an open mind and willingness to leverage innovative technologies allows you to continuously evolve and operate more efficiently. An inquisitive nature prevents stagnation and fosters innovation. (Funny side note: my first business was Little Tiny (LT) Marketing & Graphical Innovations, Lol.)
  3. Dedication to Growth — Self-reflection, sustained focus, continuous learning, and resilience are essential in facing challenges. Growth stems from stepping outside your comfort zone through mastery experiences, vicarious learning from others’ perspectives, and a dedicated growth mindset that treats setbacks as lessons.
  4. Valuing Work-Life Harmony—Recognizing that work and life are not separate silos but interwoven elements that impact each other. Integrating and balancing your professional pursuits and personal well-being is vital for holistic fulfillment and sustainable success.

Ultimately, these internal beliefs culminate in developing strong self-efficacy — a powerful belief in your ability to execute the required behaviors to produce desired outcomes. Self-efficacy breeds consistency and effectiveness in your omnipresence journey. It shapes your outlook, fuels your passion, and equips you with the mental fortitude to wholeheartedly embrace each facet of the omnipresent philosophy.

By following this thought process path, you unlock the full potential of the omnipresence approach. Now, there are four things we need to do. That is what I want to teach you in my new training.

This new training is launching comes in the form of a 6-day mini-course that will arrive in your inbox daily.
